Dr. Jessica Hairston, MD is a double board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with a specialty in children under 5 years old. She has over 24 years of experience providing psychiatric care to children and adults across North Carolina.
She leads 360 Degree Health, PLLC, a practice founded on the belief that effective mental health care begins with truly being heard. Dr. Hairston offers thoughtful evaluations, clear treatment plans, and personalized medication management to support individuals living with ADHD, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
Her approach blends medical expertise with genuine compassion. Dr. Hairston supports each patient through every step of care — whether that includes medication management, supportive therapy, or lifestyle guidance — helping them find balance, clarity, and a renewed sense of control over their mental well-being.

Doreen Apaloo is a board‑certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience serving adolescents and adults across North Carolina.
She provides thoughtful evaluations, personalized treatment plans, and medication management for ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, and other mental health concerns.
Doreen combines clinical expertise with warmth and empathy, creating a supportive space where patients feel heard and guided. Her collaborative approach helps patients find balance, manage symptoms, and take control of their mental wellness.
